Payment of fees can be made via Local Order, Cheque, Telegraphic Transfer, Bank Draft, Credit Card & Cash

REGISTRATION AND TERMS PAYMENT CONDITIONS

  1. Training seats will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment of the fee on or before 7 October 2022.
  2. A confirmation of your registration will be sent to you via email within five (5) working days upon receiving your registration form, full payment stating your registration status and the amount paid. If you do not receive this confirmation in due time please email to training@cybersecurity.my
  3. It shall be your personal responsibility to ensure that all details are correct and accurate. You are therefore advised to read and check the registration confirmation carefully to avoid any errors. In the event there is an error in the confirmation, you may email to training@cybersecurity.my
  4. Your training registration fee includes training materials, refreshments & lunches (for physical class only) but it does not include transportation.
  5. Registration Fees is made payable in MYR only. The prevailing MYR to other currency exchange rate at the time of registration will be applied as the exchange rate may varies from time-to-time. 
  6. No refund will be made on cancellation.
  7. Pricing is in Ringgit Malaysia.
    • This quotation will remain valid for a period of 30days from the date of this quote.
    • Registrations are considered tentative until your official course confirmation is received.
      • Postponements or cancellations of bookings may be made 10 business days prior to course commencement. Replacements will be accepted at any time.
    • Cancellations within this period will be subject to the following fee structure:
      • If written notice of withdrawal is given 7 calendar days before course / program commencement, full refund of course will be entitled.
      • If written notice of withdrawal is given less than 7 calendar days before course / program commencement, a 50% penalty charge will be levied.
      • Refund will not be entertained for NO SHOW cases.
      • Replacement is allowed.
  8. Due to limited seats, registration is based on first-come-first-served basis.
  9. You may nominate a substitute delegate without penalty, provided the Organizer is notified via email by 7 October 2022. 

 

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

While every attempt will be made to ensure that all aspects of the conference mentioned in this announcement will take place as scheduled, the Organizer reserves the right to change or cancel the conference or any of the arrangements, timetables, plans and any other items relating directly or indirectly to the event without prior notice as a result of but not limited to weather inclement, acts of nature or other cause beyond the Organizer's control that would hinder its ability to run the event. The Organizer shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, expenditure or inconvenience caused as a result of such changes or cancellation.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Confirmation and Reservation:

  1. Reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of a Purchase Order or Full Payment of Course Fee.
  2. Invoice will be issued once a session is confirmed.
  3. Payment can be made through cash, cheque, bank transfer, purchase order, etc.

Withdrawal of Reservation:

  1. If written notice of withdrawal is given 7 calendar days before course / program commencement, full refund of course will be entitled.
  2. If written notice of withdrawal is given less than 7 calendar days before course / program commencement, a 50% penalty charge will be levied.
  3. Refund will not be entertained for NO SHOW cases. 
  4. Replacement is allowed.

Cancellation of course:

  1. CyberSecurity Malaysia reserves the right to amend or postpones courses.

Award of Certificates:

  1. Certificate of attendance will be awarded to participants with a minimum of 75% attendance.
  2. Certificates of Certified personel will be issued upon passing the Certification Examination

Others:

  1. All participants are to observe the Copyright Law on intellectual properties such as software and courseware.
  2. CyberSecurity Malaysia does not sell, share or trade customers personal information with third parties. Personal information will only be disclosed within our corporate group for internal use only. 
  3. All classes will be conducted at our training venue, from 9am - 5pm, unless specified.

 

CONSENT TO THE COLLECTION, PROCESSING AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA

The personal data provided in this form is collected for the purpose of identifying the applicant for the events, conferences, seminars, programmes offered by CyberSecurity Malaysia (“CyberSecurity”). The personal data provided will be used in accordance with CyberSecurity’s Privacy Notice (as annexed herewith), and particularly for the following purposes:

  1. To process applications for events, conferences, seminars, programmes offered and organized by CyberSecurity,
  2. To process the applicant’s personal data for the purpose of effective organisation and management of the event, conference,seminar, or programme, including managing the contact list, invitations, participant preferences, etc. by CyberSecurity,
  3. To process the applicant’s personal data after the completion of the event, conference, seminar, or programme for CyberSecurity’s internal, business operations and/or administrative purposes (including but not limited to receiving feedback from the applicant; providing the applicant with further information and/or updates in relation to the events, conferences, seminars, programmes attended; publishing or uploading excerpts which may contain images or videos of the applicant in the context of the events, conferences, seminars, programmes onto CyberSecurity’s official website and/or other media), and
  4. Any other purposes which are necessary and incidental to the foregoing. The personal data of the applicant may be shared with third parties, including the Ministry of Communications and Multimedia (K-KOMM) as the ministry having a supervisory role and oversight over CyberSecurity, as well as for any of the purposes set out above and in accordance with CyberSecurity’s Privacy Notice.
